DHC-ready buildings
District heating networks are among the sustainable ways to distribute renewable heat. However, integrating buildings into these networks poses significant challenges, particularly regarding energy efficiency and performance.
This webinar aims to delve into the benefits of implementing digital solutions at the building and energy district level to enhance the energy performance of buildings and discuss the necessity and complexities of preparing buildings to connect to new generation district heating systems, with a focus on leveraging digitalisation.
State-of-the-art research and current policy aspects referring to the topic will be featured in this session. The innovative approaches and solutions proposed by selected EU-funded projects will also be presented.
The webinar is organised as a Sustainable Energy Day event.
